What inspired you to build your homelab, and what’s its main purpose today?

Just want to make my home automatically and easy to assess my personal data, share pictures and videos with my family members.

What’s one part of your setup (hardware or software) that you’re especially proud of — and why?

Fan control system and home assistant part, because I designed it and print it out by using my bambu lab 3D printer P1S, and also I've built the circuit of the fan control system. and the home assistant part is my favourite parts, because it can communicate with my Adruino UNO R4 wifi board via MQTT protocol, it is fantastic, and the DeskPi rackmate T1, that's a cute desktop chassis that I ever had.

What are your next plans, experiments, or dream upgrades for your lab?

Right now, I may purchase a DeskPi rackmate TT or T0 and binding them togerther and put my Raspberry Pi 5 Cluster into it, and use them build my LLM testing service .
